We are pleased to share with you some of the very many designs we have produced over the many years in business. Designs vary from modest to exquisite, matching your taste and budget. We pride ourselves to be able to produce good and pleasing designs for any budget. Cheap does not have to be tasteless, in particular our many Cottage Style designs confirm this statement. Our high-end designs stand out because of good harmonious design and not tasteless and often inappropriate additions. Good proportions provide the basis for our architecture and “less is often more”!

As you can see from the many examples on this page, we as architects do not dictate a style to our client. Good design is always a balancing act between the client's wishes, ergonomics, orientation, expression, (thermal) envelope and location. The end result should provide our clients with an optimal mix of these ingredients. We use our skills to provide our clients with the instruments to build their dreams! This makes our architecture so enormously varied. We explore new construction methods and architectural styles every day!

Long before the term "Passive House" was muted in Ireland, we were already increasing the insulation and thermal performance of our creations. Now we also offer Passive House standards for our clients who prefer to invest a bit more into the future..... !!!!!!

3D CAD plays in our office an essential role also in Residential projects, not just for creating nice pictures as many architects do nowadays. Our office has adopted 3D CAD from design inception to full 3D working drawings. Embracing the entire BIM technology allowing 3D information exchange between consultants and contractors, collision detections between M&E-Construction-Fittings etc, fully detailed 3D working drawings with every element in place, allowing quantities calculated to a much greater perfection, thermal performance calculations straight from the 3D model, etc, etc. This will save a lot of money, in particular if repetition of errors and the domino effect on other parts of the construction can be avoided.

At any stage we can give you a walk through model which you can explore on your home computer. No better way to familiarize yourself with your future home. No skill required, just walk though and look around you by using your mouse and a few buttons.
